Design Process Begins

During the first stages you will receive a mood/vision board per room that we will discuss during the first client meeting. Keep in mind this is where we talk about the ideas and final vision for the room and any tweaks it requires.

STEP SIX

First Client Review Meeting

During our first client review meeting we will discuss the mood/vision board sent to you by email where I outline the possible colour schemes, textures and furniture placements as well as other related areas, this is mostly created by a page with photographs to help you envision the first few stages and before any to-scale documents are created. This has to be discussed and agreed by both parties before moving onto the designing.

STEP SEVEN

Approving The Design

Once you have approved the mood/vision board with our designer, we move onto the next designing stages.

STEP EIGHT

The Rest Of The Designing Continues

This is mostly the unseen parts by the client as our Designer goes and creates the agreed upon documents with elevations, floorpans, 3D perspective drawings and other. During this process the Designer will start to gather relevant samples and options for you to choose from.

STEP NINE

Communication

While the Designer starts working on your dream home, you will be kept in touch via email and phone as well as any face-to-face meetings that are required to ensure everything is progressing smoothly.

STEP TEN

Presentation Day

Presentation day is the closest part of project completion where we meet face-to-face to discuss the ideas and go through the documents that include floorpans, elevations, samples and their combinations to choose from and all other relevant documents.

STEP ELEVEN

Final Changes

During the presentation you will be given choices that will need to be picked before the Designer sends over the final documents to proceed to the physical construction process.

STEP TWELVE

PROJECT COMPLETION

The final documents will be sent via email with any change made by the client during the presentation day. Congratulations your project is completed!

STEP THIRTEEN

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS

After project completion, you will go ahead with a building company or contractor depending on the scope of work and begin the physical process. During this you will be reached out to by the Designer to see how the work is going and a site visit can be arranged during or after the construction to ensure everything has been or is going smoothly. If you have any questions or issues during this process, please reach out to your Designer.
